Weekend Sweets: Raspberry Peach Crumble

I found this recipe here and changed it a bit by adding a few things. It is so tangy and sweet, crunchy and delicious. You could serve it warm with ice cream, but we just ate it plain and it did not disappoint! I would say that this recipe makes about six servings if you're eating it without ice cream, and more like 8-10 if you do eat it a la mode.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 C sliced peaches w/o peel (this was about 6 smallish peaches)
1 C raspberries (I used frozen)
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C wheat flour
1/2 C cold butter
1 1/2 C quick oats
cinnamon

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375. Mix the brown sugar and flour together in a bowl. Cut in the butter until the mixture in well combined and crumbly. Add oats and mix.

Step 2: Put the peach slices and raspberries in a bowl with roughly 1/3 of the oat mixture and mix together. Spread on the bottom of a greased 9x 13 pan.

Step 3: Pour the rest of the oat mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Enjoy the amazingness!
