Weekend Sweets: Guilt-Free White Chocolate Raspberry Treat

This is a delicious guilt-free dessert that takes about 5 minutes to make. Yum! I based this off of the recipe on the side of the pudding box (theirs was orange and white chocolate which sounded gross to me, but to each their own...).  You could use this base recipe and come up with lots of different desserts by switching to a different pudding mix and/or fruit. This recipe makes four large servings for only 125 calories each. Feel free to indulge!
Ingredients:
1 sugar free white chocolate pudding mix (1oz)
1 1/2 C skim milk
1 1/2 C Cool Whip Free
1/2 C raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Step 1: Whisk your pudding mix with your milk for about 2 minutes.

Step 2: Add in the cool whip and raspberries and stir together.

Step 3: Separate into 4 bowls and refrigerate until you're ready to serve them. You can top them with a dollop of cool whip and a raspberry if you're feeling fancy!
